• Bill Given

    PRESIDENT

    Bill has been in the hearth industry for 16 years, first as a salesperson on a showroom floor, then as a manufacturer rep, and now managing an install company. While on this path, Bill has learned the importance of the customer experience.

    Over the last couple of years, Bill has worked to achieve both NFI and CSIA certifications and is dedicated to helping his team accomplish the same certification levels. Bill's passion for helping others succeed shows through in all of his interactions with his team.

    After finishing his degree in Business Administration/Entrepreneurship, Bill started Hearth Retailer Support Services because he saw a need for well-trained subcontractors to support the local brick-and-mortar hearth stores that had been such a big part of his adult life.

    When Bill is not running his successful hearth install business, he is spending time with his wife and 2 sons, coaching youth hockey, or hiking and kayaking around the Pacific Northwest.

  • Ricardo Reyes

    LEAD INSTALLER

    Ricardo Reyes, known as Rico to his friends and family is a southern California native but has been in the Pacific Northwest for the last 14 years. He is a proud veteran having served many years with the US Marine Corps. He has continually thrived in construction industries and loved building with his hands. He excels in problem solving and prides himself on delivering an exceptional product and outstanding customer service. When Ricardo is not working you can find him at the beach or anywhere there is water to play in and he loves BBQing to feed his friends and family.

  • Ned Miller

    LEAD INSTALLER

    Ned Miller was born and raised in Washington. He was raised in a very athletic family and played almost any sport he could. But he grew to love hockey the most and has played for a large portion of his life.

    Although he is young, he has learned a lot in his short working career. He started as a dishwasher for a restaurant then moved on to be a salesperson and a hardware store. Which attributed to his knowledge of tools which has helped in his current career as a lead installer for Hearth Retailer Support Services. He loves the work he is doing now and even though it is hard work and long days, he will always greet you with a smile!

    Ned’s dream job is to be an EMT firefighter. He plans on going to the academy sometime soon to be able to finally live his dream of being a hero.

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Abby is a Southern California native, with a love of travel and has lived all over the U.S.

    With over 20 years of experience in administrative and customer service roles, Abby serves as our operations Manager and keeps everything together and running smoothly. When Abby isn't optimizing operations, you'll likely find her jet-setting to far-off destinations, with her husband and 3 kids, indulging her love for travel and exploration. Abby is also a bookworm, a music aficionado, and a movie buff. Whether it's getting lost in the pages of a novel, dancing to their favorite tunes, or enjoying a cinematic masterpiece, they appreciate the art of storytelling in all its forms.
